When AuctusIQ processes Personal Information on behalf of its clients in connection with the Services, such processing is governed by this Privacy Policy and the applicable agreement between AuctusIQ and the client, including any data processing addendum where applicable. In such cases, AuctusIQ processes Personal Information in accordance with the client’s instructions, this Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
This Policy covers information AuctusIQ collects in connection with our Assessment Services, Consulting Services, and Products (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy also covers information collected through:
