Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that support AuctusIQ’s mission to accelerate enterprise commercial growth through sales talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward achieving business objectives. This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes on time and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Relationship Management: Support for key strategic partner, ensuring clients and partner are supported throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Timeline & Resource Management: Support the tracking of project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization to maintain workflow efficiency.
3. Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for project updates, providing clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and issues.
4. Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Process Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of project management processes, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the team.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
7. Stakeholder Support: Provide support in managing client expectations, ensuring alignment between project goals and business outcomes.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology, SaaS, or sales performance environment.
3. Skills:
   • Strong relationship, organizational and time management skills.
   • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
   • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com
   • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
   • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
