Sales Ops and Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Ops and Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities, support the sales team, and execute the overall marketing vision. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of managing marketing initiatives, assisting sales with essential resources, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Oversight

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Website management, LinkedIn management, etc.

Event Management & Brand Presence

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events.
  • Ensure seamless event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and messaging at all company events.

Sales Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing materials, digital assets, and sales enablement tools.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales goals to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Tracking of leads from marketing efforts.

Creative Asset Coordination 

  • Orchestrate brand design and messaging for all sales and marketing tools.
  • Maintain an organized library of updated presentations, brochures, and other collateral.

Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Align marketing activities with company objectives and collaborate with leadership to refine messaging.
  • Work with internal teams to create compelling content and campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and innovations to keep the company competitive.
